The IronMan Gravity 1000 Inversion Table is built with a durable tubular steel frame with a scratch resistant powder coated finish. The table can support up to 300lbs and the user height is 6’6″”. It has tough rubber non-skid floor stabilizers that provide stability when inverting. Extra long safety handles provide easy return to an upright position and vinyl covers are added for safety. The backrest consists of tough nylon that is extremely durable, yet comfortable when the table is in use. The ergonomically molded ankle holders provide comfort and security. When not in use the Gravity 1000 can folded for storage.

Mine came with directions and was easy to assemble. The directions were fairly clear. I really like the finish on the unit more than a plain chrome one. I was surprised it came with all the tools required for assembly. Still getting used to inverting, but adjustments are simple and fast. Seems to be just as nice as some more expensive models. The only negative is you have to break down the unit some for storage.

My wife and I recently purchased the Ironman 1000 from Amazon and received it in less than a week. Assembly was easy and the machine is very solidly built. My wife and I had experienced lower back pain, before getting the Ironman, and had been to the chiropractor a few times for adjustments. I have also had a pinched nerve in my left leg for about 3-4 months. I am 51 years old and have noticed after using the Ironman for less than a week have gained 3/8 of an inch in height. Our backs feel great and no longer have the pinched nerve problem. We now feel that we have more freedom of movement without pain and our backs are getting back to normal. Thanks Ironman for a wonderful product!

I received my table in the time line promised. There was some assembly required, no big deal. The table seems to be of high quality. My only issue is the ankle cuff/holders. For me they are uncomfortable so I am only able to stay on the table for about 2 minutes or so. Would like to hear if anyone has a suggestion on how to make these more comfortable so I can use the table longer to experience the benefits.

This is my first inversion table and I chose it because of the price and 300# rating. It is extremely well constructed and amazing sturdy. Given the fact it is one of the cheaper ones on here, I did not expect it to be such a great product. I would recommend this to anyone whether experienced or new to inversion tables.

I really don’t have any ideas to improve this product. On other inversion tables people say they have to use shoes because they are hard on your feet. This table has a little different design to hold you in. I don’t use shoes. As most people know most of your weight is pulling on your feet and there is some real minor pain from that, my biggest thing is having my feet falling asleep. I normally use it for 20 mins so I don’t think there is a way of getting around that. At 190 pounds the table is pretty solid. Easy to put together. One more great thing. I got free shipping from amazon. I think it took a little over a week to get. I haven’t been using my table enough yet to say the inversion tables are the best thing in the world to be back pain free but this table is the best value on amazon.
